Since January 2007, the federation (FR-3020) FIRE (Fédération-Ile-de-France de Recherche sur l’Environnement) aims to promote interdisciplinary research within Environmental Science field. Its actions mainly focus on researches applied to continental areas (hydrographical networks, lakes and dams, fields and forests, landscape) and their interfaces with groundwaters, coastal areas and atmosphere.
